Mrs. Galicia-Silveira attended Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska, where she finished a bachelor degree in Elementary Education. She has a Masters Degree in Education with an emphasis in Outdoor Education from Southern Adventist University and a Masters Degree in Education with emphasis in Spanish Language and Culture from the University of Salamanca in Salamanca, Spain. Currently she is pursuing her Doctorate degree in Administration in Education.
